Crab ready for the off!

Today is judgement day, all his hard training and personal sacrifice over the last 6 mths can now be put use as Steve 'The Crab' Collins prepares for the starting whistle of today's London Marathon.

Sacrifice? Yes there has been sacrifice for our man putting his L'Orange playing career on hold for charity! On top of this the dedication he has shown in growing his new mullet (pictured) so that his head band doesn't fall off was exceptional.

I have managed to get hold of 'The Crab' via satellite phone on the starting line this morning and he said,

" Lads, good luck today I have full faith that we both have what it takes to complete our challenges today, I wish I could of been there to see you lift that trophy. On a personal note thanks to all you lads who have pledged the combined '8Quid' to me, to finish the run, I'm aware that the figure was nearly closer to '9Quid' but unfortunately Birdy did his nuts on a fruit machine. Best Wishes and Good Luck."
