Injury Update

Following 120 minutes of football last Saturday versus a strong Ole Frank side, that left our lads in the changing room looking like they'd been through the battle of the Somme.

So with so many lads picking up knocks and several of you asking.... Is Berger still alive? I felt I best check him for a pulse.

Well the good news is Steven is still breathing and hoping to come along next week to show his support to the lads, unfortunatly the bad news is, he seems no closer to pulling on the Orange shirt that he loves. Berger continues to receive weekly physio and after advice has now bought himself a machine which he uses for an hour a day giving electric shocks to increase his ligiment recovery. We all wish you a speedy recovery mate and fingers cross you make it back for a run out before the end of this season.

Injury List-
  • Berger- Ankle Ligiments/Potentially Next Season.
  • Gav Hunt- Had a small Op/ 3 weeks.
  • Simon 'Targa' Durrant- Repeatitive Leg Injury/ Unsure (but sooner rather than later).
  • Gary Boyd- Groin Pull/Having this week off.
  • Adam Tantony- Deadleg/ Having this week off (but working anyway)
  • Ross Jones- Heavy legs (NO SHIT!)/ Having this week off (Plus next 2 on Hols in USA).

As you can see it never rains but it pours! Bloody hell I feel like Newcastle United...... If I get a phone call after the match tomorrow saying Rob's stubbed a cigar out in Birdy's eye we'll be just like the 'Toon'. H'Way the Lads.
