Beep, Beep, Beep is the sound of our new training programme!
Thanks to new club secretary Steve 'The Sadist' Collins, who has invested in a bleep test, which will be used each week at training in order to monitor your own individual performance, against yourself from week to week.
As previously mentioned we have decided to move training onto a 7-a-side astro pitch this year, although obviously this will result in a small weekly charge.
Training to begin

I must also state that turning up with out Money, is totally unacceptable.... I know we all forget once in a while, but it continuously appears to be the same people time and time again. Due to this all money will be collected prior to training, so either you pay, or get a pal to pay for you, or you do not play!
