Pot Black F.C Sports DayDate & Time- Saturday 5th July'08, 3pm start.
Venue- T.B.C. (I have a venue in mind, but will inform you individually as technically we don't have permission to be there! hey ho.)
Weather- Obviously this will make a massive difference on proceedings and if rain stops play we maybe forced to make it an indoor event down at P.B.H.Q (i.e. Killer darts, snooker, pub golf etc).
Food & Drink- With any luck the weather will be good and with all that running about you'll get pretty hungry... so lets have a picnic... it's up to you to sort out your own sandwiches etc for yourself and your families. With regards to booze I know I'll be drinking so make sure you bring enough to see you through the evening. Although if you do run out there is a shop near by but no cash point.
Events-
Sack Race- 5 contestants required
Egg & Spoon race- 5 contestants required
Wheelbarrow race- 5 pairs of contestants
Long Jump- Unlimited
3 Legged race- 5 pairs of contestants
Whirly Stix Pint Race- Unlimited contestants
100m race- Danny McKinley Vs Neil Banks
Rounders- 2 big teams to finish the day
Other Info- In order to keep this a fun day for all, WAG's and children are very welcome (we can all chip in and play football or rounders etc with the kids while the main events are in process), And the main Rounders game at the end will be mixed teams of men, women and kids.
Also it will be worth bringing some fold out chairs, blankets, umbrella etc and if it's hot bring sun cream as their is no natural shade so getting burnt will be unavoidable if not.
Toilet facilities for females will unfortunately be about a 5 minute walk.
