With the season finally wrapped up, it was done in our usual fashion, too much alcohol and lots of laughs.On top of the prize giving and general celebrations the evening came to a climax when Pot Black's First Annual Dance-Off stole the show with contestants strutting their stuff for the ultimate accolade of being crowned the 2008 Dance-Off Champion.
Credit must go to all the lads who despite any talent or rhythm had the balls to get up and dance. Especially Steven Foulkes, Tom Miles and Jamie Butcher who filled in at the last minute when several players bottled it and fained injuries (The Boo Boys were- Max 'I'm Scared' Wall, Darren ' Heavy ankles' Laws, Adam 'Hiding behind his other half' Bird, Steve 'I never agreed to that... It's a matter of principle' Collins, & Jason 'Just F*** Off!' The Brazilian)
But undeterred the boys took to the stage and wowed the judges panel with their body popping and killer moves with competition so close, that the original 11 had to be cut down to 5 for a play-off final in which one legged Jamie Butcher out danced Liam Harvey, Danny Rose, Simon Durrant and Danny McKinley, to begin his reign as P.B Dance off Champion 2008.
