If for some of you Saturday mornings is not possible for training, we will be holding extra training sessions on Tuesday nights which by September should have you completing the moves pictured on the left.The Circuit Training will take place at Waveney Sports Centre, meet at 7.15pm for a 7.30pm start. The cost for the hour is £4.4o.
It's going to be a tough year lads so remember you only get out what you put in. See you there.
