"I love it when a plan comes together!"Most of you were aware that on Saturday night, the Pot Black lads ventured out on a pub crawl down Lowestofts cosmopolitan High Street taking in such high brow venues as 'The Falcon', 'The Blue Anchor' and 'The Welcome' in order to celebrate their fantastic achievement in securing the Runners-up birth in the Lowestoft & District Division 1.
Now as previously advertised our night out was to be a WWE Wrestlers fancy dress.... Or at least that's what one of our squad was lead to believe! In the biggest con job since Danny Ocean robbing The Bellaggio and that geezer who Canoed to Mexico. Rob 'The Retard' Sterry who was the brains behind the night was fantastically double crossed by Kev 'Hollywood Judas' Sherwood in an act that makes Robert The Bruce stitching up Mel Gibson in Braveheart look like kids stuff.
All credit to The Ultimate Warrior who not only had the shame of swallowing his recent statement "...You''ll never trick a trickster!" but he also had half the Waveney Reserve side their to witness his entrance. Brilliant!
It really was a fantastic night and a great send off for Rob who's off to Australia in June for 6 months, who'll be celebrating his 30th Birthday whilst there, in a move he thought would see him getting off scott free! Unlucky Brother!
