Unfortunately due to lack of players and the strength of the 1st Division this season AFC Bayfields formally known as Carlton Rangers have withdrawn from the league after managing only one league appearance last week,when they were soundly beaten 10-0 by new boys Caxton Reserves, a result which no doubt hurt them badly.As a result the 10-0 drubbing will no longer stand, and although this has no affect on our league status it does mean we have recieved a bye in the 1st round of the Suffolk Junior Cup which was due to be played against Bayfields on the 18/10/08.
Due to this free week, the league have arranged a league match Vs Waveney Reserves as they are without a match due to their involvement in the lesser Primary Cup which is played on a different week.
